'22 Tryouts Update

The Marksmen will be hosting a tryout session on Saturday, February 19th at 8pm. The location of the tryouts will take place at Taunton Forekicks in Taunton, Massachusetts. Located at 223 Fremont St.

Day of sign ups at the facility will not be accepted. All interested players must sign up online through the club shop LINK.

At this time the club has no plans for additional tryouts for 2022, this will be our only open tryout session to the public.

Tryout Overview:

*The tryout session will last 2 hours, 8pm to 10pm, all players are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early.

*Tryout session will take place indoors on field turf, outdoor boots & shin guards required.

*Tryout session is open to all players aged 17 above, veteran over 30 players are welcome.

*Goalkeepers are not needed but welcome to tryout, no fees, please contact the club to sign up

Season Overview :

*2 weekly practices (Fall River, MA & Woonsocket,RI)

*Players must be able to attend at least one practice session per week. (We have players from CT,RI & MA, carpools are possible)

*Most Marksmen match days take place on Saturdays. Our reserve team plays on Sundays.

*Players within our system move between 1st & reserve teams based on performances, not personal schedules. (We are understanding/accommodating to occasional work/life conflicts)

*Players are not charged to play for the Marksmen, only a $50 fee for club gear, yours to keep.

*European Tour, July, club will assist with costs, more information provided prior to signing w/club.

*Season will run from March through November.

*High School & College players are welcome and will not lose eligibility playing with the Marksmen.

*Over 30 players welcomed and encouraged to tryout
